How wonderfully informational..everything from the key “functional movement” to restaurant recommendations..Demonstrates more of Lizzie’s personality..and Erin’s as well.how they have a phenomenal understanding of not only what’s needed in the movement world..but how to meet the client at the point they’re at that day...makes it less threatening to come in if not going to be a great performer that day..yes, she met her husband on horseback...imagine..neither has continued that passion but moved on to other things...her back injury is for real..and her ability to practice self.
